Jet Stream Mechanical removed 3 roof mounted HVAC air handling units with split air conditioning systems as well as installed new roof curbs.
With the extremely close proximity of the building to the Toronto International Airport, co-ordination with The Greater Toronto Airport Authority was required and this service was provided by Jet Stream.
Three 55 ton Trane Intellipak package heat/cool rooftop units as well as the Trane Building Automation System were also supplied and installed by Jet Stream.
